Wash is not included but can be added to any service by request for $35. However, any services including wash must be done at the clients home.
No, clients are required to provide their own hair for braid services.
Yes, we are a mobile salon and can travel to your location. The travel fee is $25 for areas within 30 miles of zip code 77095 (Cypress, TX). Additional fees may apply for longer distances.
A consultation is required for all new Sisterlock installations or transfers from another stylist. This allows for a detailed assessment of your hair and desired style.
Appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. After booking, the stylist will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your service and discuss any add-ons, including travel fees when applicable.

Non-Refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due immediately after the service. We accept cash, Zelle, and Cash App.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of 10% of the service cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is allowed once per booking.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us at the time of service completion so adjustments can be made. Refunds are not offered.
